I know I have been completely off grid lately. Little buddy and his sisters are taking up almost every waking and sleeping second. I apologize to all those who have emailed or left comments that I have not had a chance to get back to. Hopefully things will be more under control soon. Here is a quick idea for a teacher appreciation gift. It is a mini loaf of lemon pound cake wrapped in plastic wrap. It has a simple paper sleeve on it with a thank you tag that my daughter signed. We added a little bit of homemade bakers twine to finish it off.
